WORKSHOPS
Movement, circus arts, and coordination workshops for ages 13+.
Remember the joy of learning a new game? We teach the art of "flow" - a mix of circus skills, object manipulation, and movement games. Our workshops are designed to build coordination and focus, but mostly, they are about having fun.
General Workshop:Intro to Flow: Learn the basics of juggling and staff spinning.Movement Games: Agility and coordination challenges that feel like play, not exercise.Safety First: We use practice tools (no fire!) for all beginner workshops.
